Westwood Hills Country Club is a full-service banquet facility equipped to accommodate any occasion. We have several spaces to choose from with a capacity of up to 150 guests. Westwood Hills Country Club is the perfect place for your next business meeting. With private rooms, presentation equipment available and a variety of menu possibilities, your meeting will be a success. Order from the menu for smaller groups or from the buffet menu for larger groups. Pre-ordering is recommended in order to provide prompt service.
Audio Visual Support
Equipment is available and is included in your rental fee. Please specify which equipment you need for your meeting. Anything from screens to projectors and easels is available.

Westwood Hills Country Club provides its members and guests with the ideal canvas to make each event a masterpiece. The Country Club provides an elegant setting for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners and bridal showers as well as a beautiful park-like setting for the wedding itself.

Contract and Fees
Westwood Hills Country Club is a member-owned club which requires a non-refundable $250 deposit for the facility rental for non-member functions. Westwood Hills Country Club will abide by all written contracts. Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the event. Payment made by cash, personal check, VISA, or Mastercard are welcome.
Guidelines and Services
Food and Beverages
Food and beverages for your event may be purchased from the Westwood Hills Country Club. The Event Manager will provide you with pricing based upon your food and beverage requests as a part of your contract. If outside caterers are used, there is a fee of $500.
The client is required to give a final guest count 96 hours before the event. This is the guaranteed guest count for which the food and beverage order and pricing is based. The client is obligated to pay for the final guest count given. A head count will be made on the day of the event and agreed upon between the Event Manager and client in order to determine the final billing statement.
All food and beverage prices quoted are subject to an 15% gratuity charge and are in addition to the prices agreed upon.
To enhance your function, arrangements for centerpieces and room decorations, can be made through the Event Manager. You may also decorate yourself or hire an outside source to assist in the process. Access to the facilities prior to your event is subject to availability and must be scheduled through the Event Manager. The Country Club reserves the right to approve all signage and will assist in the placement of signage and banners.
White tablecloths will be provided for your event. You may choose from a variety of colors of napkins for addition fee. We will need to have your selection at least ten days in advance of your party or meeting.
Table and Chair Rentals
If additional seating is necessary for your banquet beyond what is currently available from the Club, that rental cost will be added to your statement.
The Event Manager is available to assist you in choosing appropriate musicians and entertainment. A grand piano is available in the main dining/meeting room. All entertainers must make arrangements with the club prior to set-up.
Our facility may be converted into a Wedding Service atmosphere. Actual charges for set-up and conversion back will be incurred.
Wedding cakes may be brought into the Club with prior arrangements made between you and the Club Manager. We will gladly cut and serve your cake for a $25 charge.
The cost of Club property that is damaged, destroyed or removed from the premises by the meeting or banquet attendees will be assessed to the client. An assessment is necessary for damage to any Club facility or property beyond ordinary wear and use that can reasonably be attributed to a meeting or banquet function. Clean-up costs which are excessive and beyond that of a normal banquet function may also be assessed

The Westwood Hills Country Club (WHCC) Clubhouse is available for rental under the following fees and terms. The use of the WHCC Golf Course is not included in these fees.

Large Events (Weddings, Reunions, Etc.)
